Yoga Therapy Services
Yoga therapy takes a holistic approach to the view of the individual. Recognizing the importance of not only the physical but the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the person. Listening compassionately and skillfully to your needs and intentions, I will guide you through an exploration of body, mind, emotions and spirit using the many tools of yoga. Sessions are viewed as healing journeys within which you are encouraged to become an active participant in your own healing, and during which you will be offered tools specific to your needs for empowerment toward continued self-care and growth.
